August 2009 Archives

It’s hard to believe that August already.  Soon, it will be another  year past.  And now, is the time I wonder if I got anything accomplished this year.

I am still alive and I saved Sammy from the hands of the dog pound.  He was one day away from euthanized.  That’s two things.  I don’t want to strain myself think of this when I am sober.  Frightening though.
